The architecture of the city is mainly in the city park of the center near the mineral spring “Momina Slza”. In this place is also one of the most representative public buildings, a 2-storey building with rooms ending in an impressive vault. A few meters away you can see a bathing complex with an area of approximately 2000m2. The baths of Hisarya are among the few that have survived in Europe. Treatments and procedures with mineral water were carried out in them since ancient times. Preserved almost intact, they impress with their originality and the white marble with which they are lined on the inside. These rooms were heated using the mineral water, which is naturally hot and taken directly from the spring.
